Complete Your Smile and Protect Your Health

A missing tooth isn't just a cosmetic issue. Over time, the surrounding teeth shift, bone loss accelerates, and chewing becomes uneven and uncomfortable. Partial dentures address all of this β€” restoring function, appearance, and jaw structure simultaneously.

We offer metal frame partials with acrylic bases, flexible partial dentures, and dental flippers. Blaine will recommend the best option for your specific situation at your consultation.

🦷

Metal Frame

Durable, stable, and precisely crafted for a secure fit alongside your natural teeth.

🌊

Flexible Partial

A comfortable, gum-colored option with no metal clasps β€” nearly invisible in the mouth.

Loose Dentures Are a Health Issue, Not Just a Nuisance

When your dentures don't fit properly, the consequences go beyond discomfort. Loose dentures accelerate bone loss, cause sore spots on your gums, and can change your facial appearance. A timely reline can restore the fit β€” often the same day β€” and protect your long-term oral health.

We offer hard and soft relines tailored to your specific needs, as well as prompt repair services for cracked, chipped, or broken dentures.

Signs you need a reline or repair:

  • Dentures slip or shift while eating
  • Sore or inflamed gums
  • Cracked or chipped denture
  • Difficulty chewing comfortably
  • Changes in facial structure
  • Persistent odor despite cleaning
⚠️
Please don't use super glue.

Household adhesives chemically damage acrylic and prevent proper repair material from bonding. Even if it looks fixed, you've made the problem worse. Bring it to us β€” we can often repair it the same day.

Patient care

Same-Day Reline Service

In most cases, you can drop off your dentures in the morning and pick them up that same afternoon β€” relined and refreshed.

B
Blaine Turner
Licensed Denturist

Blaine's story is one of purpose and courage. He walked away from a decade of ranching in Eastern Oregon at age 40 to go back to school β€” earning a Biology degree from Eastern Oregon University, then completing his Denturist training at Bates Technical College. Since 2012, he's been doing work that he describes as simply amazing: restoring people's smiles and, with them, their confidence and quality of life.

His training is rigorous. His craftsmanship is meticulous. But what truly sets Blaine apart is his personal commitment to every patient who trusts him.

"I will do for you, the patient, what I would want done for my own family or myself." β€” Blaine Turner
J
Jodi Turner
Office Manager

Jodi is the heartbeat of the front office. As the first person most patients encounter β€” by phone or in person β€” she sets the tone for the entire experience. Her warmth and organizational skill ensure that every patient feels genuinely welcomed from the moment they reach out.

From navigating insurance and Medicaid coverage to scheduling and follow-up, Jodi handles the details so you can focus on what matters: your care.

"My goal is that each person who walks through our door feels valued and knows that we truly care." β€” Jodi Turner
Why should I get dentures or partials? β–Ύ
Missing teeth do more damage than most people realize. Beyond aesthetics, they cause bone loss in the jaw, shift surrounding teeth, and can change the shape of your face over time. Dentures and partials restore your facial structure, improve chewing and speech, and can genuinely make you look younger. The earlier you act after tooth loss, the slower bone loss will progress.
What happens at my first appointment? β–Ύ
The first visit is a no-pressure consultation. We'll get to know you, assess your situation, and discuss your options. Bring your photo ID, insurance card, and a medication list. If you wear dentures currently, please skip the adhesive that day β€” it helps Blaine assess the fit. No referral from a dentist is required, though bringing one is helpful for coordinating your care.
How many appointments does it take, and how long is the process? β–Ύ
Typically five appointments spanning a few weeks. Your custom dentures involve roughly 16 hours of in-house lab work: initial impressions, final impressions, bite registration (with tooth shade selection), a wax try-in preview, and delivery. After delivery, we provide 90 days of follow-up support to make sure you're completely satisfied.
How do I adjust to wearing new dentures? β–Ύ
Think of it like any prosthetic device β€” it takes practice and patience. Start with softer foods, wear them consistently throughout the day, and give yourself grace during the adjustment. Most patients feel comfortable within a few weeks; some take up to six months. We'll support you throughout the process and are always available to answer questions or make adjustments.
How do I properly care for my dentures? β–Ύ
Remove them every night β€” your gums need oxygen and rest. Rinse after meals. Clean daily with a soft brush and plain water (no toothpaste β€” its abrasive particles cause microscopic scratches that harbor bacteria). Store in water overnight to prevent brittleness. Use a denture cleaner like Efferdent or Polident weekly. Keep them away from pets, who are attracted to the scent.
My denture broke β€” can you fix it? β–Ύ
Yes, and please do not use super glue first. The chemicals in household adhesives damage the acrylic and prevent repair material from bonding properly. Even a seemingly minor glue application makes the repair significantly harder. Bring it to us promptly and we can often fix it the same day.
Do you accept Medicaid? β–Ύ
Yes β€” and we're proud to. Every patient receives the same quality of care, craftsmanship, and personal attention, regardless of insurance type. Please call us to discuss your specific coverage and any questions about Medicaid eligibility for the services you need.
